Returns Policy

If, for any reason you are unhappy and would like to return an item purchased on our website, Lavins of Swinford are happy to refund you up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

The following conditions apply:-

If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Unwanted items must be returned in fully re-saleable condition. All tags must be intact and attached. Please take care when trying on clothing to ensure you are not wearing any make-up, fragrance or deodorant.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods are returned damaged or in a condition that leaves us unable to sell them. 

Please note it is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect any item has been used or worn.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under consumer protection.

How to return items to Lavins of Swinford.

Returning In-Store

You can return any online purchases instore up to 14 days after the day you receive the goods, provided you have the original receipt and the goods are in re-saleable condition.

Please bring along the original payment card used for the purchase and we will be happy to refund you or help you to find an alternative.

Refunds to cards can take up to 3-5 working days to process.

If you do not have the original payment card and still wish to make a return you will be offered an exchange or a credit note.
